To Qualify for a Refund

To keep this guarantee fair for everyone and protect against misuse, refunds are approved under the following conditions:

1. Before & After Photos

You must provide:

  • A clear Day 1 photo of your lashes/brows before starting

  • A clear Day 45–60 photo showing your results

These help our team assess your progress fairly.

2. Consistent Use

You must have:

  • Used the serum daily for a minimum of 45 days,

  • Followed the application instructions provided.

We may ask for a short confirmation in our form.

3. One Refund Per Customer

The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, and one refund per household.

4. Return of Product

To activate your refund, please return:

  • The bottle(s) used (empty or partially used)

Shipping the product back helps us analyse batches and prevents policy abuse.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund
